Question: I bought a WeeklyPlus.com offer but got an e-mail stating that my purchase was "Pending". What does that mean?
Our systems charge our customers' credit cards once per day at 5:00 PM EST. If you made your purchase before that time, you should expect to be charged at 5:00 PM EST and your certificate will be ready for you to print and use by 5:30 PM EST. If you made your purchase after 5:00 PM EST time, your certificate will be ready when we charge your card on the following day.
Question: I bought a WeeklyPlus deal, but don't see it in my Pending Deals or Ready Deals. Where did it go?
The most common reason this happens is that you could have two accounts with us. If you use a different e-mail address (such as a work address), try logging with that other address and you will likely find your deal there.
Question: I see that there is a "Remove" button in my Ready Deals. What does that do?
This button will remove a deal from your Ready Deals area. It was created so that you can remove deals that you have already used in order to help you keep track of which amazing deals you have yet to take advantage of.
Question: I would like to give a certificate as a gift, how can I do so?
WeeklyPlus.com certificates make great gifts! To give a certificate as a gift, start by making your purchase as you normally would. When your certificate becomes available to you in your Ready Deals, you'll find a "Gift It" link below the certificate title and to the right of the "Print It" link. Click on this to change the name that will appear on your certificate and then print normally.
Question: I was not able to take advantage of my WeeklyPlus.com certificate before it expired. Can I return it for a refund?
We are unable to process refunds for expired WeeklyPlus.com certificates. The reason for this is that we pay all proceeds associated with the promotion to the local business at the time of expiration. As such, we do not retain any funds in-house with which we can offer a refund. Most businesses will accept expired WeeklyPlus.com certificates as a credit toward their goods or services in the amount of the certificate purchase price, so we advise contacting the local business to discuss your options.
Question: I just noticed that the rules for my deal certificate indicate online redemption, but I don't know where to do this. How can I find out?
You can easily find the website that you will need to visit for online redemption by starting at your Ready Deals page. Find the deal that you are trying to redeem and click on the deal title on your Ready Deals Page. This will bring you back to the original deal write-up where you will be able to locate a link that says "Company Website". Click on that to go directly to the website of the business for the deal that you are trying to redeem.
