Christina Morris, LMT, is offering either a soothing, 60-minute Swedish massage or deep-tissue massage, based on your preference. Her Swedish massage is a basic massage, focused on relaxation. The manipulation of the muscle tissue is more superficial with light pressure. Perfect if you just need to unwind. Conversely, her deep-tissue massage, while quite relaxing, uses slower manipulation of muscle tissue with deeper pressure. It works loose tough knots and relaxes stiff areas of the body.
