What’s chakra balancing?

A chakra is a term used in yoga and spiritual practices to describe the body’s seven centers, considered to be sources of energy. These are the crown at the head, the third eye in the center of the forehead, the throat, the heart, the solar plexus below the heart, the sacrum and the root, or bottom. Each source of spiritual energy is associated with certain colors, tones, crystals, foods and other elements.
